Demolition and site work for a residential development in Kenmore, Washington. Completed plans call for the demolition of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.

Work includes the following elements (additional details outlined in the Invitation to Bid): Clear and grub site within the limits of work, as shown in the site plans attached in Appendix A, only as needed for access during demolition and cleanup operations in accordance with these specifications. Remove and legally dispose of all asbestos containing materials from the site in accordance with federal, state, local regulations, and Part 4 of these technical specifications and provide the required disposal documentation per Part 4 of these technical specifications. Asbestos containing materials are known to exist on site; see the asbestos reports in Appendix B for more information. Complete the demolition work in accordance with these technical specifications and any site plans or exhibits included with these technical specifications or in the Contract Documents for the site. Remove and legally dispose of all structures, trash, rubbish, walls, floors, foundations, porches, steps, equipment, materials, debris, and hazardous waste from within the limits of work, as shown in the site plans attached in Appendix A, in accordance with these specifications and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations. Re-grade the site, in accordance with these specifications, to remove any hazards and maintain existing drainage patterns. Disconnect and cap sewer connections from the site, in accordance with these specifications. Provide stabilization and seeding, in accordance with these specifications, for all exposed soils created during the project.
