Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in South Padre Island, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The selected CMAR is to serve as the general contractor for two separate projects broken into Phases 1 and 2: A. Phase 1 - new construction of the 8,695 s.f. Cameron County Parks Administration Building located near the entrance to Isla Blanca Park on South Padre Island, Texas; and B. Phase 2 - new construction of the Cameron County Parks Maintenance Warehouse.
