Wismer Community Park Maintenance Building and Washroom Pavilion - located within Wismer Park located at 980 Bur Oak Avenue, Markham ON. Maintenance Building - 165 sq m Washroom Building/Pavilion - 190 sq m The anticipated Work for this project may include, but is not limited to the following: - Provide storm, sanitary, water, hydro services for the building from existing services. - Complete Maintenance Building - Complete Washroom Building - Site preparation and grading of site - Asphalt Parking Lot - Concrete curbs and paving - Electrical service* - Planting, sodding and associated landscape work - Chain Link Fence and Gate *An Alectra allowance will NOT be required for this RFT 032-T-21. There is a 200amp existing electrical service on site which the Successful Bidder can retrofit accordingly to use for both buildings as per the drawing and specification package. The existing electrical panels are in the bunker (located south west of the tennis courts) which has a manual shut off that the Successful Bidder can utilize to shut the power off accordingly.
