Site work and renovation of a civil project in Marshallville, Georgia. Working plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project was not bid, do not have a new bid date at this time. As of 9/19/23 bid documents are not available at this time. Bid date set per addendum 1 bid date and time is 11/16/23 at 11:00am FOR YOUR INFORMATION (this is not an Addendum): "We have been asked to investigate this project (Marshallville - Water Treatment Plant Rehab) further; currently, we have a company handling ground penetrating radar on Monday the 11th. We are currently waiting on this information to be able to move forward with our Plans and Specs. The original bid date of September 21st will be moved back and as soon as we have this information I will pass that on to each of you in the way of an Addendum." The work to be done shall consist of furnishing materials and constructing the project titled Water Treatment Plant Rehabilitation. The major items of construction include, wet well, high service vertical turbine pumps, new chlorine feed building (lime, phosphate, chlorine and fluoride), connecting yard piping and all work as shown on the construction drawings. The work is considered an upgrade to the existing operations of the water treatment process. All bid forms must be accompanied by a Bid Bond In an amount not less than ten percent (10%) ot the base bid.
