Renovation of a theater / auditorium in Raleigh, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a theater / auditorium.

The City of Raleigh (COR) is solicitating proposals from one or more firm(s) with which to contract for the following services: The City of Raleigh (CoR) is seeking to contract with a Theatrical Systems Integrator to upgrade the existing ETC, Inc., analogue theater lighting system with an ETC Inc., Paradigm system at the Fletcher Opera House support spaces, located at 2 E. South St., NC 27601. Upgrading the current system with a modern system of the same brand will eliminate the need for a complete system replacement which will reduce costs to the City. Deadline for Written Questions 11:59 PM on February 24, 2022 The project shall be completed within 180 days of the Notice to Proceed. After the project's completion, the Contractor shall have an additional 30 days to train Staff on operation of the new system.
