The work includes: The intent of this bid is to obtain competitive prices to establish a multiyear contract for as-needed services for Water and Reclaimed Water infrastructure improvements and repairs. In additional to specific asphalt and concrete improvements and repairs. The successful contractor(s) will be required to enter into a contract with the City of Clearwater and provide all labor, equipment, and materials for infrastructure improvements and repairs. The City has an expectation as part of this contract that the successful contractor(s) in addition to routine work orders will mobilize in an expedited manner during emergency breaks to minimize water and reclaimed water outages for City residents. See Section IV 101 Scope of Work for Additional Information. Pre-Qualification Category and Amount: A- Water / Reclaimed Distribution Mains - 6 million BAsphaltic Concrete Resurfacing 1 million C- Concrete Flatwork.
