Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Clearwater, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; for the renovation of a water / sewer project; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
1. PRE-QUALIFICATION OF BIDDER: Awards of bids for construction services with an engineering estimate in excess of $100,000 will only be made to Bidders who have pre-qualified with Pinellas County for Water & Sanitary Sewer type construction, or those that are pre-qualified by the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) in an equivalent prequalification, in the amount that equals or exceeds their bid. Only those bids from Bidders that meet the pre-qualification requirements from either Pinellas County or FDOT prior to a bid opening will be considered. Work consists of design and construction of a new 36-inch force main from pump station 016 to South Cross Bayou water reclamation facility allowing the existing 36-inch force main to remain as a redundant back up. E-Bidding No Pinellas County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids/proposals from qualified firms to furnish the goods and/or services identified in the solicitation. Bid Bond: Yes, 5% of base bid TAKE SPECIAL NOTE OF THE LOBBYING CLAUSE IN SECTION A OF EACH SOLICIATION. BY SIGNING YOUR SUBMITTAL YOUR FIRM AGREES TO ADHERE TO PINELLAS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RULES IN REGARDS TO LOBBYING. Invitation to Bid is suspended until further notice. As per the Owner the project has been suspended
