The St. Marys County Government is seeking bidders to provide sealed bids with competitive pricing for Solid Waste Transportation and Disposal Service, in accordance with this Solicitation. The County intends to secure expanded waste disposal options through stable, environmentally sound, and reasonably priced services described herein, to ensure adequate collection and disposal capacity for the St. Andrews Landfill and all six (6) Convenience Center locations. The Contractor shall provide a minimum of five (5) 90-100 cubic yard Aluminum Open Top 22-DPWT-116202 5 Dump trailers at St. Andrews Landfill for the collection of mostly construction and demolition material mixed with regular trash. The Contractor will authorize the County to jockey and utilize the 90-100 cubic yard aluminum open top dump trailers at its discretion to support the operations of the Solid Waste Division. These 5 trailers are required to render service to the County; and will not be a separate pay item. Questions and Requests for additional information will be received via email through Friday October 15, 2021 at 4PM. The total duration of this Contract, including the exercises of any Options under this Clause shall not exceed twelve (12) months.
