The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials for the construction complete in-place, of the following: - Remove existing dehumidifier and makeup air unit in building basement. - Remove existing ductwork from systems no longer used. - Remove and retain for owner the existing split-system air conditioner in electrical room. - Two (2) desiccant dehumidifiers. - Two (2) condensing units. - Chemical room exhaust fans, louvers, registers and ductwork. - Backwash sludge sump cover and exhaust fan. - New ductwork, louvers, grilles and registers for exhaust and air handler systems. - Modify existing janitor's closet plumbing fixtures to construct a chase for ductwork routing. - Provide and install two (2) split-system air conditioners in the electrical room. - Provide and install standalone controls for each new and modified air system. Additonal Description: The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
