Demolition of existing canopy roof and addition of new metal panel parapet. Installation includes approximately 320-ft of metal panel parapet and all structural materials, connections for parapet assembly as specified in plans and compatible roofing membranes and metal flashings to provide a weatherproof closure. Electrical lighting fixtures and wiring may be attached to existing canopy and will need electrician to check and arrange disconnection; remove and seal or cap off systems while maintaining continuity of service to other parts of the buildings or system.
