Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Greenwood, South Carolina. Working plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; and water / sewer project.
For Delivery and Installation of Fire Protection Water Storage Tanks for the Greenwood County Fire Service Questions concerning the RFP must be submitted in writing and directed to Josh Skinner, Capitol Projects Coordinator, at jskinner@greenwoodsc.gov by 5:00 local time, October 25, 2021. Pre-bid site visits can be coordinated per appointment with Josh Skinner via email or by calling (864) 942-8691. Specific procurement questions may be made to Anita Baylor, Procurement Officer, at abaylor@greenwoodsc.gov. Responses will be made by email to all parties requesting a RFP. The Greenwood County Fire Service is seeking to increase water availability and flow in its rural fire stations. Using funds from the 2016 Capital Projects Sales Tax designated for the implementation of the Greenwood County Fire Service Master Plan, the County is seeking to build up to six (6) 30,000 gallon water storage tanks at select fire stations throughout its fire service area. A successful bid package should include water storage tank construction plans, specification sheet and warranty information. Greenwood County will be responsible for site prep and pad preparation based on the bidders specifications. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivery and installation of fully operational water storage tanks.
