Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of the side slope stabilization of Jones Creek using the Erosion ShoreSOX method. Contract time: Substantial Completion of the Work within 60 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed and Final Completion of the Work within 90 calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed as determined by the Engineer. 6) Owner: Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 145 7) Bid Security: Bid Bond, Cashier's Check or Certified Check for five percent (5%) of the maximum amount bid, made payable to the Owner. 8) Bonds: Performance, Payment and Maintenance Bonds, for one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount are required 9) Construction Plan Status: Fully Approved 10)Notice to Proceed: Upon full execution of the contract documents, the Notice to Proceed will be issued at the direction of Owner. It is anticipated that that NTP will be issued early December 2021.
