For the furnishing of all plant, labor, supervision, materials, equipment and performing all work required for the construction of Wastewater Treatment Plant Flood Wall for Jackrabbit Road Public Utility District (OWNER) The Work Shall Consist Of Approximately: The furnishing of plant, labor, equipment and materials necessary for Installation of Floodwall around the existing Control Building. Waterproofing the Blower Building and sealing entrances. including all appurtenances as herein specified. All proposals shall be accompanied by a bidders bond or a cashiers check drawn upon a national or state bank in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid payable to Jackrabbit Road Public Utility District as guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a performance bond within ten (10) days after notice of the award, and that his bid will not be withdrawn within sixty (60) days after the date of opening of bids without the consent of OWNER. Bids not accompanied by a bidders bond or a cashiers check will not be considered. The right is reserved, as the interest of the OWNER may require, to reject any and/or all bids, and to waive any informality in bids received.
