For furnishing all labor and materials, and performing all work required by the following project: Town of Loxley Transportation Facility Be advised that overnight delivery by express or courier of sealed proposals to the Town of Loxley is not guaranteed. This project requires a vendor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to furnish, deliver and erect a 50'x50' pre-engineered Metal Building, including column reactions and anchor bolts for the foundation to be provided by the Town per specifications provided by the Awarded contractor. The BID BOND & PERFORMANCE BOND IS WAIVED FOR THIS BID. No bids will be considered unless the bidder, whether resident or non resident of Alabama, is properly qualified to submit a proposal for this construction in accordance with all applicable laws of the State of Alabama. This shall include evidence of holding a current license from the State Licensing Board for General Contractors, Montgomery, Alabama. In addition, non residents of the State, if a corporation, shall show evidence of having qualified with the Secretary of State to do business in the State of Alabama. The right is reserved to reject any and/or all bids and to waive informalities and to furnish any item of material or work to change the amount of said Contract. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (30) days subsequent to the opening of bids without the consent of the Owner.
