Renovation of a municipal facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Renovations to the Cottrell-Hernandez Building The building requires structural repairs including the replacement of the slab at the identified areas and repair work related to other disciplines including architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. In addition, the project scope includes the compliance with ADA (American with Disabilities Act) for all the public areas. A phased approach is intended for this project with areas not under construction to remain operational during business hours.
