Renovation of a laboratory facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,678-square-foot laboratory facility.
Renovation of lab area on the 6th floor of NB building for the Pathology Department. Approximately 1,678 SF is to be completely renovated to provide new lab areas. Question Submission Close Date 2/23/2022 12:00 PM CST This project involves renovating a lab area on the 6th floor of NB building for the Pathology Department. Approximately 1,678 SF is to be completely renovated to provide new lab areas. Room 6.134B is currently equipment space being used as storage and the department wishes to convert it to a tissue culture lab. Room 6.138 is currently a cold storage space and the department wishes to convert it along with rooms 134, 134A and 226 into a large, open lab space for multiple researchers. Room 6.138 is currently a CO2 storage & distribution room and the department wants to add an additional manifold and tank feeder space. New finishes will be provided along with MEP modification to accommodate new lab layout.
