Renovations to the Cottrell-Hernandez Building The building requires structural repairs including the replacement of the slab at the identified areas and repair work related to other disciplines including architectural, civil, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing. In addition, the project scope includes the compliance with ADA (American with Disabilities Act) for all the public areas. A phased approach is intended for this project with areas not under construction to remain operational during business hours. All questions, inquiries and requests for clarification concerning this solicitation must be submitted in writing to Theresa Isenhour, by mail, fax or via email. The deadline for all questions, inquiries or requests for clarification is due on or before Thursday January 10, 2022 at 10:00am (CST).
