Renovation of an educational facility in Platteville, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of: renovating the heating and ventilation system in select areas; installing five (5) new air conditioning units in select areas; providing new mechanical system controls for select spaces; resolving heating, ventilating, and air conditioning deficiencies in select spaces; replacing the gymnasium ceiling; replacing electrical primary and secondary transformer, switchgear, distribution panels, and emergency generator. Section 28 31 00 Fire Detection and Alarm: Extension of the existing Fire Alarm 8 System: Edwards EST3 System. Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted. Bidding Documents will be available online immediately upon the project being advertised for bid. Question Deadline 04/25/2024 Bidders shall bring inadequacies, omissions or conflicts to the Architect/Engineer's attention at least ten (10) days before MEP bidding commences.
