Adams Street 2023 Reconstruction Disclaimer: In order to bid on this project, you must purchase a bid set. The Project consists of reconstructing approximately 300 feet of W. Adams Street from N. Chestnut Street to N. Court Street, which will include replacing the water main and sanitary sewer. Bids shall be on a unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form.
