The Island Regional Transportation Planning Organization (IRTPO) is soliciting Request For Proposals (RFP) from consulting firms or persons to update two plans: a Regional Transportation Plan and a Public Transit - Human Services Transportation Plan consistent with the specific requirements of Washington State's RCW 47.80.030.
