Renovation of an educational facility in North Bay, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

The scope of work for this project includes: - Remove existing rooftop mounted exhaust fans, electrical wiring to be disconnected up to the electrical panel, disconnect Honeywell Control. - Install two (2) roof-mounted ERV units complete with roof curbs, outdoor ductwork, ductwork roof curbs, ductwork space distribution complete with diffusers/grilles. - Extend gas line to new ERV units. - Construct hot water heating/glycol piping system, install new pumps, HEX, expansion tank, mixing valve, etc. - Upgrade existing BMS Honeywell Control system to accommodate new two ERV units, hot water/glycol heating system, modify graphic package to suit. - Modify existing roof structure to accommodate new roof mounted ERV units as per structural drawing. - Wire new ERV units, heating pumps, GFI outdoor receptacle, to the existing electrical services. - Remove existing T-bar ceiling and reinstall after HVAC and structural work completion - Install vertical ductwork space enclosures as per architectural drawings. - Install heat pump cooling system to Administration Offices and Staff Office complete with refrigeration piping, electrical wiring, etc. as per Drawing M103, architectural and electrical drawings (see Separate Price #1). - Perform any other work required by this contract. Construction Schedule for Project is from January 6, 2022 to August 15, 2022.
