Renovation of a transportation facility in North Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a transportation facility.
The City of North Bay is seeking a qualified and experienced contractor to provide the supply of labour (demolition and build), materials, equipment and supplies necessary to complete the construction works of the public washrooms and staff office at the North Bay Transit Terminal as detailed by Planmac Engineering Inc. and Moon-Matz Ltd. Contract No. #2126. This project is being funded in part by the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program - Transit Stream. The Transit Terminal will be undergoing upgrades that will include new multi-stall public washrooms that will be fully accessible; includes new HVAC units; and a new staff office. This project is funded by the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program - Transit Stream and is required to be completed by March 25, 2022.
