Demolition and site work for a clubhouse / community center in Rochelle, Illinois. Completed plans call for the demolition of a three-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
Demolition of a 3 story structure with partial basement constructed of reinforced concrete, steel and CMU. Structure that is to be demolished is attached to an adjacent structure to remain and project includes repairs to existing adjacent structure to remain. Existing adjacent structure to remain operational at all times throughout the duration of the project. Project scope also includes site demolition and restoration and other associated work. Demolition/Building Removal/Hauling/Salvage o Demolition of existing Hickory Grove Banquet Facility structure and portions of existing site components. o ACM - concealed spaces and chases to be exposed and observed prior to demolition. o Portion of existing foundation to remain. o Existing utilities at hotel/condo building connection to remain and be protected. o Protect hotel/condominium windows/doors/etc... from damage o Exterior and interior new construction work at hotel/condominium facility. o Coordinate with hotel/condominium facility. o No materials to be carried through building.
