As of November 10, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award not yet been established. Saratoga Springs Sunrise Meadows Bike Park Pump Track asphalt concrete landscaping irrigation pavilion trail drainage upgrade detention basin. Major quantities of work are as follows: Approximately 1750 feet of asphalt and concrete trails. Landscaping, irrigation, and concrete pads with pavilions alongside of trails. Pump track inside of existing detention basin. Drainage upgrades to the existing detention basin. Coordination with Welby Jacob Water Users Company and Hansen, Allen and Luce, Inc. respective with the Welby Jacob canal. Bid alternate includes mountain bike trails. Contractors must bid all Alternates associated with the Schedule(s) being bid.
