A change, modification, or clarification to the Contract Documents can only by affected by a written Addendum issued by SEPTA via our ePS. The contract duration/delivery is 115 calendar days from the notice to proceed. SEPTA retains the right to reject any and all bids, as determined to be in the best interest of SEPTA. The Work of this Contract provides for the fabrication and delivery of galvanized and painted steel gates, frames, and hardware.
