Demolition, site work and asbestos abatement for a municipal facility in Ashland, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for asbestos abatement for a municipal facility.
***As of December 17, 2021, the project has not yet been awarded. The project will be awarded in the middle of January 2022.*** 19017.02 Project consists of Demolition of a multi-story building located at 1401 Winchester Ave., Ashland KY. The Work includes asbestos abatement, complete building demolition, site filling and grading following demolition work, and other work as indicated in the drawings and specifications. Bid security shall be submitted with each bid in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid amount. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Bidder must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work. A Performance Bond, a separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder.
