PUBLIC NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The City of Ashland is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced consulting firm to prepare a Feasibility Study and Market Analysis for the construction of a conference center in Ashland, Kentucky. The full Request for Proposal detailing the scope of work, submittal requirements, and evaluation criteria can be obtained by contacting Katherine Utsinger at kutsinger@ashlandky.gov. Proposals will be received by the City Clerk until 3:00 p.m. EST, Wednesday, March 9, 2022. The proposals will be opened and publicly read in the Commissioners' Chamber, Third Floor, City Building, 1700 Greenup Avenue, Ashland, Kentucky at 3:15 p.m. EST, Wednesday, March 9, 2022. The City of Ashland, through its City Manager, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals and amend, modify, or withdraw this RFP.
