The Town of Ethel is soliciting bids for six (6) homeowner housing units, one (1) that will be demolished and rebuilt, one(1) mobile home replacement and four (4) units that will be rehabilitated with the Towns HOME rehab grant program. Any contractor wishing to bid must complete and have on file the Qualifications of the General Contractor Form which is included in the bid packet and a current Mississippi Contractors License. Bidders shall submit a bid for the cost of construction. All bidders shall know that the Ethel Board of Aldermen shall accept the lowest and best bid. Bidders must comply with Section 3 of the HUD ACT of 1968, the Anti Kickback Act, the Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act, and the Presidents Executive Order No. 11246.
