Site work and new construction of a sidewalk / parking lot in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a 6,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot; and for site work for a 6,000-square-foot sidewalk / parking lot.

PROJECT NO. 696-213, G121021 The purpose of this facility is for the storage of heavy maintenance equipment used by the Parks department to maintain the beach on Padre Island and Mustang Island. The project will consist of an approximately 6000 square foot pre-engineered structure with masonry exterior envelope. The facility will consist to four (4)equipment storage bays with 14'X14" roll up doors at each end, a drivethrough vehicle wash bay and a unisex restroom. The site will be designed toaccommodate equipment circulation in and out of the equipment bays andparking for 5-10 standard vehicles The new facility will be designed to meet all applicable codes and be designed to meet the requirements for Texas Department of Insurance Windstorm certification. The facility's HVAC system will provide heating only, no cooling will be provided. Louvers will be provided for cross ventilation of the equipment bays. Lighting levels will meet or exceed the minimum required for the facility. After initially omitting the vehicle wash bay from the project, it has been added back in. The vehicle wash bay will be one bay with a 360-degree overhead boom high pressure sprayer for rinsing off the vehicles. A manual undercarriage sprayer will be provided for rinsing the vehicle undercarriage. An equipment room has been added to house the high-pressure wash equipment. The Work is required to be substantially completed within 270 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run as provided in the Notice to Proceed and isto be completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 17.16 of the General Conditions within 300 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run Construct Work as described in the Contract Documents. 1. Provide the materials, equipment, and incidentals required to make the Project completely and fully useable. 2. Provide the labor, equipment, tools, and consumable supplies required for a complete Project. 3. The Contract Documents do not indicate or describe all of the Work required to complete the Project. Additional details required for the correct installation of selected products are to be provided by the Contractor and coordinated with the OAR. New 6100 s.f. four (4) bay maintenance equipment storage facility with vehicle wash bay and associates drives and parking.
