Site work for a water / sewer project in Corpus Christi, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project consists of the rehabilitation of one lift station which requires temporary control of flow pumping, the replacements of suction and discharge piping, plug valves, check valves, pumps, concrete pump bases, pump controls, automatic transfer switches, main electrical disconnects, HVAC, new chain-link fencing, concrete driveway, pipe painting, temporary traffic control, hoists, bridge cranes, odor control, and miscellaneous items of work to complete the project in accordance with the plans and specifications. The work shall be performed at 6602 Williams Drive., Corpus Christi, Nueces County, Texas 78412 as described in the attached specifications. Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal. 1. Minority participation goal is 45%. 2.
