The project scope of work includes: Rand Morgan Elevated Storage Tank Demolition of pipe, valves and appurtenances as indicated in the drawings. Site/Civil work includes relocated the perimeter fence, a new flex-base drive, grading and drainage to accommodate the new work. Exterior work includes the installation of new by-pass pumps, pipe, valves, electrical building, foundation for the pumps and building. Work also includes the associated electrical, instrumentation, SCADA and integration. Interior work includes the installation of new electronic control valve, pipe, and valves. Work also includes the associated electrical, instrumentation, SCADA and integration. Holly Elevated Storage Tank Demolition of pipe, valves and appurtenances as indicated in the drawings. Site/Civil work includes relocated the perimeter fence, a new flex-base drive, grading and drainage to accommodate the new work. Interior work includes the installation of new electronic control valve, bypass pumps, pipe, valves, and modified layout of the existing electrical room. Work also includes the associated electrical, instrumentation, SCADA and integration. Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals. Failure to submit or upload all required documents may result in an irregular or non-responsive bid submittal. Bidders must submit an acceptable Bid Security with their Bid as a guarantee that the Bidder will enter into a contract for the Project with the Owner within 10 days of Notice of Award of the Contract.
