This Request for Proposal/Request for Standing Offer is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Submission Deadline that they are Prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: C7200100:Water Main, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Installation and Replacement; OR C7200105: Water Feeder Mains, Sanitary/Stormwater Sewer. 2.Summary: New sanitary pipe installation and CIPP (Cured-In-Place-Pipe) lining for Glacier Ridge East Basin, north of 144 Avenue NW between Panorama Road and 14th Street NW. 1,858m of 675mm and 750mm dia sanitary sewer and surface restoration. Project is primarily located in undeveloped lands with some currently being developed. A section of sewer has been previously installed and connection to either end of the existing sewer is required as well as CIPP lining of this sewer. 3. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. 4. Agreement Term: until completion of construction (February 28, 2022 (Phase 1) and November 1, 2022)
