The Agua Fria Union High School District wishes to enter into a contract with a qualified firm to perform Construction Management @ Risk Services as outlined in this document for a New Classroom Building at Canyon View High School. The estimated construction budget for this project is $10,000,000 $15,000,000 DLR Group has been selected as the Architect for this project. The CMAR will be responsible for the successful, timely, and economical completion of the project. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
