Bernalillo County Procurement and Business Services Department on behalf of the County Public Works Division, Technical Services Department, is soliciting bids for Construction Services for Rio Bravo Adaptive Signal and Fiber Optic Installation Project. Any bona fide bidder upon returning the documents in good condition within ten (10) days following the Bid Opening will be returned the full deposit amount. At this time, Bernalillo County will meet the State DBE goal on Federally assisted projects through race neutral measures. There is no DBE goal established for this project. Bernalillo County reserves the right to issue addenda to the Specifications during the advertising period as provided in the Contract Documents. A distribution list of those who receive the RFB and all Addenda will be maintained throughout the procurement process and will become part of the procurement file. Bidders shall be licensed as Contractors in the State of New Mexico at the time of Bid submittal and must include their license number and Contractor classifications held in the prescribed place on the bid form.
