Site work for a road / highway in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Bernalillo County Procurement and Business Services Department on behalf of the County Public Works Division, Technical Services Department, is soliciting bids for Construction Services for Rio Bravo Adaptive Signal and Fiber Optic Installation Project. Any bona fide bidder upon returning the documents in good condition within ten (10) days following the Bid Opening will be returned the full deposit amount. At this time, Bernalillo County will meet the State DBE goal on Federally assisted projects through race neutral measures. There is no DBE goal established for this project. Bernalillo County reserves the right to issue addenda to the Specifications during the advertising period as provided in the Contract Documents. A distribution list of those who receive the RFB and all Addenda will be maintained throughout the procurement process and will become part of the procurement file. Bidders shall be licensed as Contractors in the State of New Mexico at the time of Bid submittal and must include their license number and Contractor classifications held in the prescribed place on the bid form. Questions regarding the technical aspects of the bidding documents shall be submitted in writing through the office of the Engineer/Architect of Record: Lee Engineering, LLC, Attn: Jonathan Kruse, P.E. at (505) 338-0988, email: jkruse@lee-eng.com. Questions regarding purchasing procedures shall be submitted in writing to David Conkle, Purchasing Administrator, Bernalillo County Procurement & Business Services Department, at (505) 468-1669, e-mail: dconkle@bernco.gov. The last day for questions is close of business (5:00 pm local time) October 27, 2021. The contractor shall furnish and install cable splice closures including fiber optic fusion splices in accordance with the termination tables in the project plans. The contractor shall secure the splice closure to the fiber splice vault by a method described below and accepted by the Engineer
