To provide sewer manhole inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation services for the Woodlands Sewer Interceptor Rehabilitation Project.The project entails rehabilitation of twenty-five (25) interceptor manholes, approximately 245 vertical feet (measured from rim to top of manhole bench), suffering from concrete degradation related to hydrogen sulfide levels as well as groundwater infiltration and roots Manned-entry inspections of the manholes have not been completed to-date but CRW has completed rim level visual inspections of the manholes and classified them into various anticipated rehabilitation approaches (Structural, Semi-structural, and Non-structural). CRW is looking to partner with a firm(s) with expertise in performing inspection and condition assessments of existing manholes followed up with construction of successful rehabilitation systems. CRW is accepting proposals from contractors with in-house expertise in manhole inspection, assessment, and rehabilitation construction or from consultant/contractor teams that have a successful history of collaborating on projects to provide these services. For the purpose of this RFP Contractor will be used to reference the RFP respondent. The sewer interceptor is critical infrastructure in a sensitive area and CRW is looking to install rehabilitation systems that will provide CRW with absolute confidence that it will be a long term solution in extending the lifespan of this infrastructure.
