Renovation of a mixed-use development in Palmdale, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Replace and upgrade fire alarm panels and devices at three schools, requires as needed running and pulling new cabling, replacement and addition of devices, programming and full commissioning of all devices and systems. This project is anticipated to start on December 6, 2021 with a 130 Calendar Day duration. All work shall be performed during 2nd shift (Monday through Friday, 3:00pm - 11:30pm), or may be approved as an alternate 4-10 2nd shift schedule (Monday through Thursday. 3:00pm - 1:30am - with no cost premiums / adds approved in this regard), and must not impact school schedule in any manner. Project requires a $50,000.00 (Fifty Thousand Dollar) contingency value included in base bid. A Payment Bond for contracts over $25,000 and a Performance Bond for all contracts will be required prior to commencement of work.
