The City of Coolidge Building Maintenance Department is seeking proposals from licensed roofing contractors to remove and replace the existing asphalt shingles and at the Artisan Village located at 351 North Arizona Boulevard, Coolidge, Arizona 85128. It is also estimated that 30% of the roofing material underneath the existing shingles will need to be replaced and the bid must include such provisions accordingly. The City of Coolidge is also seeking proposals from licensed roofing contractors to install a roof covering on the Police Department located at 911 South Arizona Boulevard, Coolidge, Arizona 85128 consisting of a reinforced membrane heat-weldable, single-ply thermoplastic polyolefin 60-mil thickness coating such as the Carlisle(R) Sure-Weld(R) (or approved equal). The City of Coolidge reserves the right to accept the lowest proposal; or to award multiple contracts as a result of this Request for Proposals; consider alternatives; to reject any or all proposals; or to waive irregularities or information in any proposal. Proposals received after the specified time of opening will be returned unopened.
