These ditches are non-typical and should be re-graded to +/- 3 inches of the original flow line to create a free and unobstructed flow of drainage water. For the purposes of this contract, the original flow line is considered to be the linear projection along the ditch bottom between the invert elevations of immediately adjacent drainage structures. Mobilization and Maintenance of Traffic shall be incidental to the bid items. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement.
