The CR 280B Multi Use Path project includes the construction of a multi-use path that extends approximately 2 miles from the termination point of the existing sidewalk at the US 331 and CR 280B intersection to CR 280A in Walton County, Florida. Improvements include the construction of a 6 ft wide concrete multi-use path for approximately 250 linear feet that transitions into a 10 ft wide asphalt multi-use path that traverses the remaining 1.9 miles. All technical questions regarding this Request should be directed in writing; preferably by email to the Purchasing Agent. Questions shall be submitted no later than 12:00 Noon (local time) on January 26th, 2022.Proposers directing questions to any other county staff, or any other person shall be disqualified from submitting. Questions submitted after that date and time will not be answered. Late submittals received after the aforementioned deadline date, either by mail or otherwise, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The time of receipt will be determined by the time received in the purchasing agent's office. It is the sole responsibility of the firm for assuring that the RFQ is received in the purchasing office by the designated date and time. No faxed, electronic, or oral itb will be accepted.
