estfield State University invites sealed proposals in response to Westfield State University Bid No. 2022-006 for Wilson Hall Installation of Fire Sprinkler System. The project consists of the installation of a fire protection system in Wilson Hall (circa 1970). The project also includes replacement of acoustic panel ceilings and lighting in corridors. All proposals for this program are subject to the provisions of either or both Mass. G.L., Chapter 30, Section 39M as amended and Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, Section 44A-44T inclusive. Attention is directed to the minimum wage rate to be paid on the work as determined by the Commissioner of Labor and Industries under the provisions of Mass. G.L., Chapter 149, and Section 26 to 27 D inclusive. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any and all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
