Requests qualification statements from firms interested in bidding on trade contractor work on the Welch Apartment Renovations , at Westfield State University. General Scope of Work: Interior finish upgrades at the Welch apartments, Scope of work may include functional and aesthetic improvements in the kitchens and common areas. Future scope to be determined. Responses from eligible trade contractors will be used to prequalify the trade contractors to participate in response to a request for bids that will be issued by the Authority.
