The County of Northumberland will service approximately twenty (20) homes within a nine (9) month period. The County of Northumberland will service approximately twenty (20) homes within a nine (9) month period. The County of Northumberland reserves the right to reject any or all proposals or parts thereof and to waive technicalities as it deems best in the interest of the County of Northumberland. Proposals may be held by the County of Northumberland for a period not to exceed sixty (60) days from the date of opening of proposals for the purpose of reviewing the proposals and investigating the qualifications of the Contractors, prior to awarding of the contract(s) at a Commissioners public meeting.
