Renovation of a municipal facility in Sunbury, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
***Apparent low bid from previous bid opening: H & P Construction, Inc. - $431,315 The Work involves two Separate Prime Contracts; General Construction partial renovation of the First Floor of City Hall, including demolition, new interior walls, and interior finishes. Electrical Work involves relocation of Electrical Panels, new outlets, and new LED lighting. No HVAC or Plumbing work is anticipated. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of the City of Sunbury, or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total of the Bid, shall be submitted with each bid. The Bidder shall include the fully completed Non-Collusion Affidavit with the bid. Bids may be held by the City of Sunbury for up to 60 days from the date of opening for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of bidders prior to awarding the contract. The City of Sunbury reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities, or to negotiate contract amounts.
