Facility improvements include: installation of insulation and exterior cladding, infilling of windows and roll up doors, replacement of electrical wiring, lights, panels, replacement of HVAC equipment, modifications to office area, installation of fire protection system, and demolition of "sign shop" portion of existing building. Site improvements include: abandonment of the former vehicle wash and onsite septic system, installation of new water service for fire protection, tie into municipal sanitary sewer system, replacement of pavement for demolished areas, utility trenching and installation, installation of landscaping and irrigation by means of a drip system, installation of a new electrical pole, and relocation of perimeter fence.
