Renovation of a municipal facility in Surrey, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The scope of work of this project is to replace the existing carpet and rubber base throughout all tenant’s area on the first floor of the building. The hallway and common areas are not in the scope. The project shall utilize the carpet which has already been purchased by PSPC and stored at Canamex Distribution Warehouse in Delta. The GC will be responsible for the transportation of the quantities on site.
