This project consists of grading a primarily undeveloped site to provide a space for future City of Pullman operations. Work includes clearing and grubbing; demolition; grading/earthwork; road construction; installing stormwater - sanitary sewer - and water utilities to/from the site; constructing asphalt path - sidewalk - curb and gutter - retaining wall - chain link fence - and a stormwater pond; erosion control and landscape restoration activities; and other miscellaneous related work. A certified check - bid bond - or cashier's check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany the proposal.
