The Port of Oakland ("Port"), Oakland, California, through the Purchasing Department, is hereby soliciting competitive bids for the above-mentioned project. The successful bidder ("Bidder") will be required to furnish all labor, material, equipment, supplies, applicable taxes, insurance, bonding (if applicable), permits, and licenses to complete this project. Bids received after the time and date stated in the Bid Due Date section shall be returned unopened to the Bidder. Question/RFI Due Date October 21, 2021 until 4:00 p.m. Please submit questions as soon as possible. No questions regarding the specifications will be responded to after the above date. All pertinent questions will be responded to and answered in writing no later than the Response Date listed . Response Date October 25, 2021 All pertinent questions will be responded to via addendum faxed (or emailed) to all prospective Bidders and placed on the Port's website. Bidders who did not receive a copy of the addendum should download it from the Port's website. See the "How to Obtain Bid Documents" section for our web address. All addenda must be acknowledged on the Bid Form. The Port reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any irregularities or informalities not affected by law, to evaluate the Bids submitted, and to award the Contract (or Purchase Order) according to the Bid which best serves the interests of the Port.
