Site work for a mixed-use development in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility; and swimming pool.
Pool Mechanical Services - Central and Western Massachusetts - P25-3614-M3A Location: Counties of Hampshire, Hampden, Franklin, Berkshire, and Worcester. The project consists of: Year-round maintenance and repair of DCR Pool and Spray Deck systems and equipment including filter and mechanical systems, pool shell and gutters, electrical, safety equipment, painting, rubber surface repairs, and miscellaneous other items. The estimated project: $2,000,000 The work is to be accomplished within 1095 calendar days of a notice to proceed. Liquidated damages in the amount of $ 500.00 per day will be assessed if the work has not been completed in accordance with the provisions of the contract within the time specified (as extended by any authorized extension of time granted in accordance with the contract provisions). The proposed contract includes a combined requirement of 10.4% of the bid price for minority-owned business enterprises and women-owned business enterprises.
