Site work for a civil project in Ridgecrest, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
All questions must be submitted in writing by 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 3, 2021 to Jim Beale at Krieger & Stewart, Incorporated, Fax: (951) 684-6986 or email: jbeale@kriegerandstewart.com with a copy to Lorna Ewing at lewing@kriegerandstewart.com. The Work generally consists of providing all equipment, labor, and materials necessary for construction of replacement Gateway and Salisbury Booster Stations in new CMU building; construction of new belowgrade meter vaults; construction of new water pipelines, valves and fittings; connections to existing water pipelines and drain pipeline; construction of new electrical conduit, pull boxes, and reconnection of existing electrical facilities; demolition and removal of existing Gateway and Salisbury Booster Stations; placement of aggregate base finished surfaces on portions of the site; removal of existing site fencing, and construction of new site fencing at the District's existing Gateway Site. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any irregularity, or to award a Contract to other than the lowest bidder. If Owner elects to award a contract for the Work, the award will be made within 60 days from the date of the bid opening. Bids shall be valid for said 60 day period. Contract Completion Schedule- 365 calendar days after date of Notice to Proceed.
