Contractor's Full Business Name (to be completed by the DMV), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform after-hours janitorial services at the Ridgecrest DMV field office for the term of this Agreement. Bidders are required to comply with the Property Service Workers Protection Act (Labor Code Sections 1420 - 1434). The services shall be performed at: 540 Perdew Avenue, Suite A, Ridgecrest, CA 93555. Questions are due 6/27/23 @ 4:30 p.m. Answers will be posted no later than 4:30 p.m. on 6/29/23. The anticipated term for this contract is November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2026. The current contractor is California's Best Janitorial. The current cost is $122,080.00 for a 35-month term. The estimated cost for this project is $53,100.00 (3-year term).
